Nothing fancy here, but it is effective. Many of the other apps have too many non-workout things going on. This is just the workout, and ads. But hey, free means ads, so deal with it. They don't interrupt the workout, so ignore the crybabies.

Good so far. I can feel the changes my body has made. At first 2 days I was shaking doing the tasks but now I'm in day 9 I can actually endure greater reps. For 30 and up reps I break it down in 15s and rest for 30 secs. So when the 60 secs is up I just click next when it's done half way. I like how it gradually increases and doesn't start at intense level right away especially because I am not athletic and I just do this at home. It helps. Thank you.
